12:00 p.m. Start of the cooking class
- Menu and recipe discussion (30 min)
- Preparation of a menu
The meal begins at 4:00 p.m. At the same time, the dishes are cooked together
Approximately 5:00 p.m./5:30 p.m. end
Possible days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Number of participants: min. 4 people - max. 10 people
Location: Restaurant Herzig - Schanzstraße 14
Duration: from 12:00 p.m. to approx. 5:00 p.m
Course fee: €199 per person
(incl. coffee, juices, water, menu with wine accompaniment, recipe folder, cooking apron)
